I just called you folks to talk about becoming a new patient and was told my estimated wait time is 31 minutes,is this a normal wait time to get to a live person??

Hi Kim, I’m sorry to hear about this inconvenience! Right now our call center is testing a new system that calculates wait times, and I think it is still working out the bugs… unfortunately the "estimated wait times" haven’t always been accurate. It would be very unusual to be on hold for over 30 minutes! Whenever you call, our staff will be happy to help answer any questions about becoming a new patient. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
