?Why no one answered the phone prior to you closing at 8:00 pm when I called 15 minutes before closing to find out if you had any pillow forms. Now I have to go waaaaaaaaaaay out to East walpole to get them! Great customer service!

They are usually very busy. I just experienced a similar non-answer of the phone. It stinks but at least there are many people supporting our local sewing store. They're a dying breed.
