It is fresh...so yes.
Sushi grade fish simply means that it has been frozen and then thawed out. So you can make any tuna sushi grade by just simply freezing it yourself. They do this to kill any parasites that may be in the fish.
Not sure I can answer that question. I have purchased all my fish, for cooking, here... Never really have it any thought re sushi. Sorry
