You don't need an appointment for regular care and vaccinations. However, if you don't have an appointment you will have to wait quite a while. And it could be a long while. Highly recommend calling first.
You need an appointment for surgery. For regular care and vaccinations it’s first come first serve. If you have a feral animal that needs spay neuter Dr. Fine will usually accommodate with no appointment. It is a great vet office.
Yes, I made an appointment yesterday for this Wednesday, so unless it's an emergency you should be able to get in rather soon.
