Fresh, not frozen cod is a white fish with no fishy taste very good and a one-pound piece is plenty for two people. You can bake it in the oven with an egg and cracker crumb coating. Excellent 👌... You can also try the tilapia the same way. make sure you get fresh not frozen.
If they have Trigger fish, it's not fishy at all.
