I have a 8 month old toy poodle, and he keeps scratching his ear, I have checked for fleas and did not see any. I don't know what it could be.

If his ear smells funny might be yeast infection. Easy to cure with ear drops from vet. Pet Alliance has low cost ver clinic:):)
