Bring him there they will see if he is Mico chipped to see if they can find the owners and if not mico chipped then they will get him a home and tell them that he showed up at your house and i am sure they will help you
They will find a home for him. Bring him in and explain. I would take to a vet to see if he has a chip too. He may belong to one of your neighbors.
