I am not understanding the new rules. Are clients not allowed in the clinic at all? Do we have to bring our pet to the door for the vet tech to take for shots?

Go to window to check in, wait in car until they call you then they take your pet to back door where they take them in, wait in your car til they call you to give you a rundown of what they did, go pay, they bring your let back out

I was there Thursday and Yesterday. You sign in by the window and note your car and phone number. They'll call you to ask questions they have and let you know to meet by the door. They will take your pet and call younof they have questions. They'll notify when they're done to meet by the door for pick up and then you check out at the window.

Does you have to call and make it a curbside appointment oh, they will come out to your car pick up your pet and take them inside and do what they need to do and then bring them back out. Most vets that I've known are doing that these days

Correct. You check in at the window then go back to your car, or if you have a dog on a leash can walk around. They will text you once you are near the front of the line, and call when it's your turn to discuss the issues with your pet. They meet you at a side door to collect your pet, but can't go in with them. You can hang around in your car or go to the stores/restaurants, depending on how long they said it would take. They call you again to let you know when the procedure is complete, discuss the outcome, and what the follow up is. Oddly enough, they don't take your payment at that time, but a different office staffer will call you for your CC info. I have heard that it may be possible to pay at the window if you don't want to give CC info over the phone, but you want to verify that with them. Overall it was a good experience if a little uncomfortable not being able to see what was being done to my pet.

Yup. They just take the pet. Drop off and pickup or you can wait outside.
