They absolutely should be asking for a receipt and its not like the old heist somebody else's food gaff is new to the fast food circuit. Likely this is a case of a lazy manager who didnt feel like puting the policy in force. They get beaten out of a couple more orders and theyll start asking for receipts again. Also your at 925 Washington Ave ofcourse its ghetto as hell! What did you expect?
