They do cover ups. It's best to have an appointment shoo you can have the artist's full afternoon but they'll also email/ text with you. You can bring in stuff, in fact it makes the whole process easier. I highly recommend Bailie!
Taylor gives good advice, an appointment is recommended and im sure appreciated to guarantee a time slot, however you should be able to get a consult as a walk in if needed, i would also recommend bailie, she did my wife's tattoo as well as mine. give em a call, they're a friendly lot and will take good care of you.
