Disabled parking and ramp to ground floor building area is accessible and also free of charge to enter. The murals on the walls are very interesting. But if i remember correctly there are a lot of steps up to main observation area, and unfortunately not accessible by wheelchairs.

There is an accessibility ramp to get in the builsing, also accessible parking spot. Top observation deck is unfortunately not fully accessible and not barrier free for wheelchair access.

There is no wheelchair access to the viewing platform. Even though there is a elevator, there are steps that need to be climbed.
