Hello Cheryl, often we ask patients who are receiving the rapid test to wait in clinic for their results (often 15 minutes as other responders have said). If you leave before results are ready, one of our staff will call you with the results later.
The quick test takes 15-20 mins and they will either call you or come out and tell you the results. The pcr test takes 3+ days to get the results depending on how backed up the lab that they're sent to is.
