I have been going here for a long time and not one time have i found a hair or have seen it dirty they always have women coming around cleaning it up all the time the service is excellent alot of the dirtiness is due to customers being pigs that they are and letting thier kids run around like animals serving them selves making a mess I have absolutely 0 complaints about this place
