i wanted to fly my toy drone in this park but not that high probably 30-50ft. Will they be able to permit me to fly it anytime of the day?

Possibly. There is a large soccer field there that is usually clear when not in use. You might try there.

Not sure. They have lots of open areas. Seems like you could, but I would call and ask .
