Is there a rv dump station

This place is not gated. Ive been here 3 mos and feel quite safe. You can rent month to month. There was a small deposit. You will have to check with Judy or Brian in the office as far as availability. And yes, you pay electricity. Water and sewer are included. Hope that helps

Two part question, thanks 1. Can I rent a full service place for three months Oct - Jan for my 2018 32ft? Is electricity an added expense to the monthly rate? Snap I can't count, I work nights, is that an issue? Is it gated? Literally an rv virgin that is a bit skerd👀of it all, any other long term residents?

There is not an RV dump on site. The spaces for rent have full hookups which include sewer water and electricity but they don't have an actual dump station for people who aren't renting the space. You might call the office and ask if you can just dump into the sewer and pay a fee they're pretty flexible. Good luck
