Why has Fred Meyer removed the seating in the men’s shoe department? As a 72 year old man I am not physical able to stand or sit on the floor to try on footwear.

Went to Fred Meyer in Yakima and the lady at check out asked me if I wanted a card. I said yes and she called someone and I paid for my purchases and left. On my receipt there was a "card #" but I don't know why coz I was not given a card.
