Not very helpful are they. The cafe has a couple of specific gluten free items. One being the waffles but not a lot of other menu items. They do make a ton of omelets but I know that some restaurants use a small amount of cake batter to make the omelettea fluffy. Beach break may do this but I have never investigated this possibility. You can always ensure that your omelet is gluten free by making that request to the waiter. However, many of the naturally non-gluten combos come with toast which you can request corn tortillas or fruit.

Yes, we got GF waffles that were pretty tasty.
I'm sure they can accommodate. 1 of my favorite breakfast places in North County. You should try Beach Plum in La Costa also, really good.
