Pickup or 5x8 trailer load has been $15. It will cost extra if not covered but not sure how much more. Hi-vis vest or shirt is required or they sell you one for additional $5
Not sure the rate per pound off the top of my head. But I've taken a full 18' box truck there full of pallets for my job and it's been under 40 dollars. Also taken a full truck of cardboard and trash and it was 15 dollars.
