No matter where u go once, in awhile you'll get rude service. Sometimes it's just from being overly it being busy, and sometimes it maybe from different customer thats extremely demanding. I'm not saying your server being rude is right- because it's NEVER ok to gv bad services-- giving good service is their job!!! I'm just saying look around and see what may hv brought the rudeness on. U might even tell them how they are acting, if that doesn't work fill out a comment card, either on paper or electronically to the company. There are too many places to eat at not to get good service. Who knows, by telling the company you may get some free stuff to get you to come back!!! IHOPs service has been consistently good for me, but as I said there's one in every crowd!! Hope things go better for you!!!☺
I hope it was a one time problem my family goes their a couple times a month and never had rude service. If fact I have had over the top service more then I could count. I would try them again and if she is there then ask to be sat in a different section.
Was it one waitress, one time? If so, that is a quick chat with the manager on the way out. I hate rude service, but everyone has an off day. If it becomes a trend then it's an issue. I had an ok waitress at that location, but the service was pretty slow.
If the waitress were rude then you should report it to HQ.
