Walk ins are always welcome, although an appointment guarantees a room and stylist is immediately available! As a walk in there may be a wait time to ready a room for you and ensure a stylist is available to size you, help select styles, and answer questions.
The weekends are usually busy for them. If you want to go in on a weekend it is better to make an appointment. Even if you wall in they are still super nice to you.
It helps although if they can they will work with you. Best to go on a week day to avoid larger crowds for walk in service.
