No they don't. You must go through a 3 part application process. And I do believe that there is a waiting list at this time

Thank you if you happen to know of how to help a homeless girl at 30 years old some medical issues physiological issues only income is food assistance. Winter is coming and she has no options any ideas would be appreciated
