Is there a way to limit the amount of junk mail and adds and news letters and coupons i get in my mailbox regulary? Its a lot!!!!!

Normally, if you cost the company money, they will sometimes remove you from their end. I will pick a return envelope and stuff it full of all the junk mail I recieved. I won't have to recycle it and they don't want to pay to have junk mail sent to them.

Aside from contacting the sender, no there is not. There should be "opt out" information on the back of everything. I recycle about 10 pounds per month of junk mail.
