Is there a drop box on the outside of the building or do you have to walk in during business hours to ship small packages?

you can process a small package using the self-service kiosk in the lobby then drop the package in the receptacle, also in the lobby. So you can avoid going the the counter for service. Letters and envelopes, already with postage, can simply be dropped in the drive-up mailbox in the parking lot.

They do have a drive up drop box in the parking lot. Just make an immediate left as you enter the west most driveway.
