If u have a military ID, u can shop there! If ur just a veteran, u Cannot go on the base unless ur with someone with a military ID, u can register at the front before You can go on the base! If ur a 100% Disabled veteran fm the VA u can get an ID card that will give You access to the base!
A military dependant card either active or retired is also accepted as authorization to access base activities. The reverse of the card lists what privelages the individual is authorized to access.
