I order 7 hot drink when I get the window the drink is cold as if they just remove it from the cooler room. I don't know who come up with kind of system it is stupidity of idea. I want my drink hot not cold. 10 21 17

I've never have had that happen Donovan even when I have ordered from the street and driven all.of the way around to the window. They make the orders in order of when they were ordered, something MUST have been off.

They are always so busy they have to do pre-order. Someone just messed up on the timing that all.

Tell them you want it extra hot.

Just tell them to make it extra hot.... That is all

Welll I noticed Alot lately the walk out to the line a take pre orders. So that means it might sit a Lil until u get to the window.
