Hi Brenda, I frequent Billy's but I can only help with part of your question. The chowder is thin but delicious :) Billy's puts lots of care into making sure there is lots of clams and other tasty ingredients in their chowder. Make sure to get a bowl rather than a cup. I say this only because you'll want more! Phillip

The chowder is full of fish and just right....
The chowder is thin, I prefer thick.. but you'll still love the chowder. It's more like a stew with all the stuff in it and you can always add some crackers. Everything st this place is good eating. If you haven been here yet you'll have a new favorite
