If you call at 9:01 am you can usually get a person on the phone . Google Haverhill said office for the number . I'm pretty sure they will mail it to you.

No. They are only allowing you to drop stuff off at the office and are not setting up any appointments still. Aword of advice though, We have been trying for months to replace our minor sons ss card and have yet been able to obtain it. They are almost ridiculously strict about what you send in. So, I suggest making sure that you send in all originals, including your own id/license/school id's. We had my husband license notorized at a bank and they STILL wouldn't except anything but his actual license. GOOD LUCK!
