Do they have certain times and days for the all you can eat or it all day everyday?

It's all day but typically in the mornings-mid afternoon they have a lunch menu and then they have a dinner menu. They also have a weekends menu. Basically the more the AYCE price is, the more options you have :)

It's all you can eat (AYCE) all day, but lunch and dinner have separate prices. They also have price levels for what options you want available to eat. The more seafood, the more expensive.
