You will need to measure the interior of the window or door opening...A retro fit window will usually not be the same size as existing due to paneling ...so measure first the width and then the height....also measure top ,middle ,then bottom and choose a measurement that will fit tight without being to wide or tall...very important. This measurement is called the daylight opening. And what they use to order a new window....interior and exterior trim is usually involved....good luck. Take time with your measurements!!!!!!!
