I am currently a customer of theirs. Here's what I was told by them. They do not work with private sellers and all dealerships are pre-screened before the purchase. The dealers must have a minimum of 50 vehicles for sale on the lot at any given time.
You can choose a dealership...I don't believe you can buy from private seller...
From what I gather that they have you go on www.cargurus.com to make a selection which does have some private sellers if that helps. Keep in mind they have make sure the car is in good condition for a sell.
