Yes go to shop It's definitely the best work I've ever had done and I've got many many tattoos they would say the same thing to me even though I've been there several times they want to see you and talk to you in person about what it is you want because they might not have time if it's something big that takes a long time so obviously it would depend on what you want as far as a walk in is concerned
Walk in means walk in. I've had two pieces done there, by Reed. I've been pleased with both experiences. Best advice: go there, show them what you want, make an schedule a time and day for the tattoo.
Busy times vary and walk ins are always welcome. My guess for not giving a good time is they aren't sure because busy times vary. Artists are generally very visual and don't want to answer a question without seeing something. Best guess.
