No steam room. Yeah, bring your protein if you want. I ALWAYS superset here. You just have to be courteous and let others use the equipment if its too crowded. Best practice is to take everything you need to one location. For example i like to superset in the squat cage. I grab a bench (usually theres one there anyway) and any other weights i need and i do my workout in that one area. But if someone were to be waiting for the cage, I'd share it in between sets.
