You really do not want to know what is done to your pets there...depending on your views..I cremate my beloved animals as rendering vats are not my idea of the respect they deserve
Yes, the shelter does offer disposal services for a small fee if you bring in your deceased pet during regular business hours. If you would prefer to have a cremation or burial service, that is something you would need to seek out with other companies such as Gateway.
Go through your veterinarian and get the cremation services they offer. It is much nicer and is not very expensive, about $60 for my chihuahua. I received her ashes in a very nice wooden box with her name and dates engraved on it, a clay casting of her paw and a certificate of her passing. I was very surprised by how nice it all was. Btw, Dr. DeLaPaz at Corona Animal Hospital in Corona is the best!
