Yes, for all of the tests he could have run and everything else he could find to charge for he is great at looking at the big picture and only requiring what is necessary.
Yes! He is a wonderful vet and all the staff is very nice. When my lil corgi got sick, when she was a pup, they made extra accommodations to make sure she was doing better.
