How does the area look after the storm do u think all busniess will be open by Oct 1st? How does Ocean Dr and Collins street look?

Everything is just fine. I went there last weekend. Just pay attention with the public parking on street. Some totem might not be working, but if you download the payment app, you'll be good. (A US credit card is needed for that).
