So I'm reading the reviews and so many tell me to arrive early because they run out of meat. How you going to run out of meat and quit serving customers? Expand. Hire more workers? Buy more meat? Urikia I see a restaurant!

It takes 12 hours to smoke brisket. You fill the smoker shut the door wait until the next day. Hundreds of pounds of meat. All great BBQ places run out every day. Some places they line up at dawn. Look up Franklins BBQ .. Texas. Give Matt a break ...the food is spectacular.

Depending on the time and day it'll get busy. Plus no one wants to wait in line hungry smelling delicious BBQ...get there early
