It really is just that good and its fresh every day, so... they dont run out of EVERYTHING. the mac and cheese is DIVINE, btw
It takes 12 hours to smoke brisket. You fill the smoker shut the door wait until the next day. Hundreds of pounds of meat. All great BBQ places run out every day. Some places they line up at dawn. Look up Franklins BBQ .. Texas. Give Matt a break ...the food is spectacular.
Depending on the time and day it'll get busy. Plus no one wants to wait in line hungry smelling delicious BBQ...get there early
