I am a regular passenger on the Empire Builder (Trains 27/28). So the trains still stop there at a plexiglass-covered waiting area similar to a bus stop, but the building itself is no longer staffed or open to the public. This has been the case since they cut the trains back to 3 days per week during the height of COVID-19.
