Hi Mitch, I can make that for you tomorrow and have it ready for you on Wednesday. I don't typically make a mint chocolate chip, however, I do make chocolate mint, just not with chocolate chips if that's ok. How much of each flavor would you like me to have ready for you? Thank you, Dina
