When did they start closing at 9pm instead of 10pm,? Would have been nice to been made aware of...

The change store hours during fall and winter season 6am till 9pm. Then back to normal hours of 6am till 10pm

I wasn't aware they ever stayed open until 10. It's usually 9pm in most locales.
