I’m 70 years old & in good health. I want to lose 20 lbs I’d gained in past year of pandemic isolation. I’m double vaccinated since February/March. Are there low impact supervised routines available for the $10 per month fees? Please advise

If you would like supervised routines, then you would need to opt for the Black Card membership, $22.99 per month. A certified trainer would work with you.
