I cant say for sure but I would assume no due to the small parking lot I have noticed that the big Walmart West of the bigger parking lots have RVs parked at night but this lot was just a little too small

Im not sure if it officially condoned at this walmart, but the neighboring parking lots always has lots of spaces free. You should be aware though that there are a lot of homeless in this part of San Diego.
