I work across the street from the skate park an drive by it every day from around 8-10am. Hate looks locked to me all the time. When I work Saturday evening around 4pm there's at least 50 guys skating there with music an bbq. I drove by today at 8am an there was a guy there looking at the gate an wall maybe looking for times etc.

It's always technically open, but i think at daylight to dark is the official times people go to it
