Do you still have all you can eat but cafeteria style, if so then how does that service work?

Yes they do all you can eat including the drink and really good food.

Yes they have hand sanitizer at the buffet along with gloves you have to use a new pair of gloves every time you visit the buffet along with a new plate and new cup each to you go up to the buffet . They will ask you to put on gloves if they see you don't have any on
