You can call their office at 858-946-0320 and take appointment for the badges. Also they issue photo IDs. You can apply for those as well. You will need them for accessing some annual events.
All 4s ranch residents should have a key fob to allow entrance into Pioneer Park. To get one go to: 4sconnect.com there should be information there on how to obtain one
