Generally speaking, Target's adjustment policy is 14 days from the date the item was purchased.

Target has a pretty good policy. If you have the receipt and if the toy isn't damaged , I guess they would accept a return.

If you make that request (calling the store) possibly, but try to do so before it gets shipped because once it's shipped, it's shipped.
