Do you have powder milk like bearbrand from Philippines?

I never saw it, but you can always ask. They are prejudiced who they give their discount cards to. I shopped there for years, and they would never give me, but I have seen they give their discount cards to other Asians

I have never asked for or about powderd milk. There is an older, vietnamese lady who works there. she is very helpful. she will answer all your questions.
