Yes, however you need to use water from your tank: the site spigots are, obviously, closed. There's water at the lodge and the staff is very helpful. It's amazingly beautiful!
Yes. There are lots of winter activities and snow parks nearby as well.
Yes. Parts of the park are open all year. During the winter they usually close some of the campsites.
