No fees just leave before 9p.m. or you'll be locked in.
There is no fee, as stated above the gate has a firm close time of 9PM. If your vehicle is inside the park at that time, it will be there until the next morning. That is a well reinforced gate, it will win.
No fee to park and as a reminder, random checks for a Oregon fishing license do occur when it gets busy.
