That's not accurate! You do not get out of your car. You pay, pull up, they prep the vehicle and it pulls you through. Then they wipe areas down on the other side. Tire shine at the other end if you pay for it.
It's a full service you pay and then get out they will drive your car into the car wash and when it's done you get back in and drive away
