Thanks for the answer, James! I also wanted to mention that we're all counter-sevice at the moment (no more self-serve), frequently disinfect public touchpoints, and have a robust system for handling customer growlers (similar to what we've always done, as sanitation against every pathogen has always been a core priority). Everything is still available, including free samples, but we have tightened up all the contact points considerably from the front door handle to our credit card processing.
